BrickyPricky: Brick & MOC Studio is designed to work entirely offline. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means for your data — which is that we don't collect any of it.
We collect nothing. BrickyPricky does not gather your name, email, location, photos, camera images, weight entries, color samples, or MOC project data for transmission anywhere. Every figure you enter stays exactly where you entered it: on your device.
Since nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no advertising engine studying your brick habits and no dataset of your MOC inventory sitting on a server somewhere. There is simply nothing to use.
Piece-count calculations, color-match results, mix category settings, and your MOC Project Vault — including inventory logs, assembly photos, and build notes — are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device only. There is no cloud sync and no remote database.
BrickyPricky contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no third-party trackers. The official color database and pricing benchmarks used for matching and estimates are bundled directly into the app and consulted entirely offline.
Because your weight logs, color matches, and MOC vault never leave your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote server to breach. Your information is protected by your device's own operating system safeguards, such as your passcode or biometric lock.
BrickyPricky does not knowingly, or otherwise, collect personal information from anyone — including children under 13. Because no data of any kind is gathered from any user, the app is inherently friendly to family and classroom use under COPPA and similar frameworks.
There are no accounts to create and none to delete. Every piece count, color match, and MOC project you've logged lives in the app itself, so deleting the app removes all associated local data completely and permanently. You are always in full control.
If we introduce new features, we may update this policy to describe them accurately. Any changes will be reflected in a revised Effective Date at the top of this page. Our core commitment — collecting none of your data — will not change.
